Yes, unused machines in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. See Returns & Refunds.

Do you provide spare parts?

Yes, we stock common wear parts such as O-rings, beaters, taps, and compressors. Contact support with your model and serial number.

How do I clean the machine?

Follow the daily, weekly, and monthly schedule in your owner's manual. We also cover the basics in our Cleaning & Maintenance guide.

Do you offer financing?

We accept bank transfer, credit card, and Shopify Installments where available. Contact us for wholesale or volume pricing.
