Warranty Policy

AXOSPRO commercial ice cream equipment is engineered to the highest standards. We stand by our durability and back our machines with a comprehensive manufacturer's warranty to protect your business investment.

1. Warranty Coverage & Term

We offer a **2-Year Parts & Compressor Warranty** on all new AXOSPRO commercial ice cream machines from the original date of delivery:

• 2-Year Compressor Warranty: Covers replacement of the core refrigeration compressor unit if it fails due to manufacturing defects.
• 1-Year Parts Warranty: Covers all electrical and mechanical components including main motors, control boards, condenser fan motors, and switches.

2. What is NOT Covered

This warranty does not cover failures or damages resulting from:

• Wear-and-tear items that naturally degrade through use (e.g., silicone O-rings, cylinder scraper blades, dispense valve seals, gaskets, lubrication gel).
• Improper installation, incorrect electrical voltage connection, or poor ventilation around the cooling vents.
• Freeze-ups caused by low-sugar mixes or starting the machine with water/sanitizer inside the cylinder.
• Neglecting the mandatory daily/weekly cleaning, sanitation, and lubrication procedures.

3. Technical Support & Replacement Parts

If a part fails during the warranty period, AXOSPRO will ship replacement parts to you free of charge. If troubleshooting requires professional diagnosis, our technical team will provide direct video call support to your local technician to guide them through the repair process.

4. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To submit a claim, please prepare the following:

• Your order number, store name, and the machine serial number (located on the side panel rating plate).
• A brief description of the issue.
• A short video or photo demonstrating the problem.
