Verify that the power cord is securely plugged in, the circuit breaker hasn't tripped, and the voltage matches the nameplate rating. If the machine still won't start, contact support with your order number and model.

Freeze time varies by model, ambient temperature, and mix temperature. Most soft serve machines reach dispensing temperature within 15–25 minutes under normal operating conditions. Always pre-chill mix and keep the room within the machine's rated range.

Axospro machines use direct electrical compressors (no ice/salt brine needed!). Our systems are fully self-contained refrigeration units.

Increase hardness settings if available, lower the ambient temperature where possible, and ensure the rear/side vents have adequate clearance per the manual. Contact support if the issue persists.

Verify scraping blades are properly fitted inside freezing cylinder. Ensure the machine is placed on a completely flat, level surface.

Check that the mix is within the recommended range and the room temperature is not above the machine's rating. If the compressor runs but the product does not freeze, stop operation and contact support.

Write down the exact error code and your model number, then contact support. Do not continue running the machine if it displays a compressor or refrigerant fault.

Check that all internal O-rings are lubricated and positioned correctly. Ensure discharge valve is completely locked and closed.
