Shipping & Delivery

At AXOSPRO, we are committed to delivering your commercial ice cream equipment safely, securely, and as efficiently as possible. Because of the size and weight of our professional machines, we utilize specialized freight carriers to ensure damage-free transit.

1. Order Processing Times

Processing and transit times vary by product, destination, and carrier service. The applicable timeline will be shown before payment or confirmed by our support team.

2. Shipping Methods & Cost

Shipping availability and cost depend on the product, destination, and carrier service. Final options are shown before payment:

  • Ocean Freight (LCL/FCL): The most cost-effective method for shipping heavy ice cream equipment. Typically takes 30–45 business days depending on destination.
  • Air Freight: Available for urgent orders. Typically takes 7–12 business days.
  • Standard Ground/LTL Freight: For domestic orders within continental regions. Typically takes 3–7 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination zip code. You will see final shipping costs at checkout, or our team will send a custom shipping invoice following your Request for Quote (RFQ).

3. Delivery & Liftgate Service

Standard LTL freight delivery is curbside. If your facility does not have a loading dock or forklift, you must request Liftgate Service at the time of scheduling. The carrier will lower the crate from the truck bed to the ground. Moving the equipment into your building is the customer's responsibility.

4. Delivery Inspection (Critical)

All shipments must be thoroughly inspected before signing the carrier's Delivery Receipt. If you notice any damage to the external crate or the machine inside, you must:

  • Note the damage clearly on the carrier's paperwork before the driver leaves.
  • Take clear photos of the packaging and product damage.
  • Notify our support team immediately at axosproinfo@gmail.com within 24 hours.
