Ships from the USA — not overseas. Every Axospro machine is stocked, crated and shipped from our U.S. warehouse. Orders delivered to U.S. addresses are domestic shipments: no ocean freight, no customs clearance, no import duties and no brokerage fees.

Processing: All Axospro orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 15 business days after payment confirmation.

Freight delivery: We ship across the continental United States and Canada via LTL freight. The exact delivery estimate and shipping cost are calculated at checkout based on your zip code, item weight and dimensions, or quoted by our team after your Request for Quote (RFQ).

White-glove and expedited options: For inside delivery, liftgate, after-hours drop or expedited transit, contact axosproinfo@gmail.com before ordering so we can quote the option that fits.

Returns: Approved returns ship back to the same U.S. warehouse under an RMA number. See our Returns & Refunds policy for details.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most unused equipment in original packaging. Because commercial machines are large freight items, return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

To start a return, contact axosproinfo@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a refund will be issued after the item is received and inspected.

Custom-configured voltage/plug variants and machines that have been installed or used are not eligible for return. Spare parts and consumables are final sale.

Axospro accepts all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank wire transfer for large commercial orders.

For qualifying B2B customers, net-30 terms may be available on orders over $5,000 USD after a brief credit review. Contact axosproinfo@gmail.com to apply.

All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure checkout. We do not store full card details on our servers.

Product manuals, spec sheets and wiring diagrams are included with each shipment. Digital copies can be requested after delivery by emailing axosproinfo@gmail.com with your order number.
