Commercial Equipment Installation Guide
Proper installation protects your equipment, your staff, and your warranty coverage. Read these requirements before unboxing.
Power Requirements
- Confirm voltage (110V or 220V) and frequency match the machine nameplate.
- Use a dedicated circuit with adequate amperage. Soft-serve machines typically need 20A or higher.
- Install a grounded outlet within reach of the supplied power cord.
Water Supply & Drain
- Connect to a clean, pressurized cold-water line with a shutoff valve.
- Provide a floor drain or sink drain within the supplied hose length.
- Install a water filter if your local water has high hardness or sediment.
Clearance & Ventilation
- Leave at least 15 cm (6 inches) of clearance on all vented sides.
- Avoid direct sunlight, heat sources, and unventilated corners.
- Make sure the floor is level and can support the machine's net weight plus operation load.
First Startup
- Let the machine stand upright for at least 4 hours after transport before powering on.
- Run a sanitizing cycle before the first batch of product.
- Check refrigerant pressures and temperatures once the unit reaches steady state.
