What surprises first-time buyers
Slush machines are poured, not plumbed: you fill the bowls with mix, so there is no water line and no floor drain required. Cleaning between flavour changes is the main daily task.
Margin note
Slush has one of the best margins in frozen dessert because the mix cost per serving is low. The variables that matter are sugar content — too little sugar and the mix will not freeze to the right texture — and keeping the bowls filled during peak service.
Does this machine need a water line or a floor drain?
No. The mix is poured in by hand, so there is no water line to plumb and no floor drain required. You only need a sink or container nearby for rinse water during cleaning.
What electrical supply does it need?
It is configured for North American electrical service: 110 V / 60 Hz, NEMA plug (220 V / 50-60 Hz available on request). Have a qualified electrician confirm the circuit and outlet at your site before delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Every machine is stocked, crated and shipped from the Axospro warehouse in the United States, In-stock U.S. warehouse orders are domestic shipments with no import duty or customs clearance; factory-direct U.S. orders are subject to the buyer's import duties. Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 10–15 business days after payment. Delivery estimates and freight cost are calculated at checkout from your zip code, item weight and dimensions.
What does the warranty cover?
Two years of coverage starting on the delivery date, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Wear parts and consumables are excluded. Replacement parts ship from the U.S. warehouse and technical support is available by email and phone.

Every Axospro machine is stocked, crated and shipped from our U.S. warehouse. In-stock U.S. warehouse orders are domestic shipments: no import duty or customs clearance for U.S. warehouse orders; factory-direct buyers pay applicable import duties.
Processing: All Axospro orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 10–15 business days after payment confirmation.
Freight delivery: We ship across the United States and Canada via LTL freight. The exact delivery estimate and shipping cost are calculated at checkout based on your zip code, item weight and dimensions.
White-glove and expedited options: For inside delivery, liftgate, after-hours drop, or expedited transit, please contact axosproinfo@gmail.com before ordering so we can quote the option that fits.
International: We can arrange international freight on request. Lead times and paperwork (commercial invoice, packing list, HS codes) are handled by our logistics team.

- Every 6 months: have refrigerant pressure and electrical connections checked by a technician
